Hess Hotels owns and operates five hotels; the Best Western Invitation Inn, Ramada Conference Center and Sleep Inn and Suites - all located in Edgewood, Harford County, the Ramada in Perryville, Cecil County, adjacent to Perryville Outlet Shopping and the Sleep Inn and Suites in Emmitsburg, MD, Frederick County located within minutes of Gettysburg, PA.

Timeline of the hotels
1966 – Opened the Best Western Invitation Inn, Harford County MD
1985 – Opened the Comfort Inn Edgewood, Harford County MD
1989 – Opened the Comfort Inn Perryville, Cecil County MD
1995 - Added a conference center to the Comfort Inn Edgewood
1996 – Opened the Sleep Inn and Suites Edgewood, MD, Harford County MD
2001 – Opened the Sleep Inn and Suites Emmitsburg, MD, Frederick County MD
2004 – Converted the Comfort Inn Perryville to the Ramada Perryville
2005 – Converted the Comfort Inn Edgewood Conference Center to the Ramada Conference Center
