Group Sales
Hess Hotels Group offers four hotels when planning your pass-through stops. All four are found adjacent to I-95 in Maryland between Baltimore and Philadelphia. The Best Western Invitation Inn, the Ramada Conference Center and the Sleep Inn and Suites are located at Exit 77A in Edgewood. The Ramada Perryville is located at exit 93 adjacent to a complete travel plaza and the Perryville Outlet Shopping Center. All four hotels have three diamond AAA ratings and both Sleep Inn locations are recipients of the Choice Hotels Gold Hospitality Award given to the top 5% of Choice Hotels across the country.

Group Room Policies
- Complimentary Room Policy: One (1) complimentary room per motorcoach
- Deposit Requirements: 50% due 30 days prior to arrival
- Payment Requirements: Balance due with rooming list
- Rooming List: Due 14 days prior to arrival
- Room Minimum: 15 room minimum for tour group rates
- Baggage Handling: $3.00 per person, round trip
Book thirty or more buses at any one or combination of Hess Hotels in one year and receive an additional 10% off your tour and travel rates the next year.
